Cancellation Policy
Refined Requests
We invite you to arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled session to comfortably transition into our serene loft atmosphere. To ensure a peaceful experience for every guest, we kindly ask that soft voices be maintained throughout the studio.
Your time is a precious commodity, as is the time of our stylists. We require a minimum of 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a service fee.
Booking requests submitted online are finalized only once confirmed by our team. For urgent adjustments or to inquire about last-minute openings, please text us directly at 412-779-5210 for immediate assistance.
